ACS launches a new extraordinary recruitment and hiring plan

ACS (Advanced Composites Solutions Srl), a company specialized in the production of carbon fiber components for the automotive, motorsport, marine and aerospace sectors, announces the launch of an extraordinary recruitment and hiring plan for its production facilities in Tortoreto (Teramo).

The plan is directly linked to significant contracts recently acquired from leading international market players, involving medium- and long-term projects, and is part of the company’s broader strategic development path. This path includes both the expansion of its presence in foreign markets, with a particular focus on the United States, and the enlargement of the sectors served, especially series automotive production and aerospace.

As part of the extraordinary recruitment plan, ACS is seeking experienced candidates for the following positions:

• Lamination operators
• Painting operators
• Finishing operators
• Model shop operators
• Metrology technician

At the same time, the company will also launch a training program for individuals without prior experience by activating a series of extracurricular internships for laminators and finishing operators.

The new hires are part of the ACS 2026 Best Class Manufacturing development plan.
